Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website, phone or in-store.
  • All prices are listed in £ and payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, digital wallets (e.g., PayPal), an in-store payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing an order. After that time, we cannot guarantee a erfund.
  • For any issues with an order (e.g., wrong items, damaged goods), lease contat us within 48 hours for a resolution.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available in speciic areas. Delivery times may vary based on location and order size.
  • Customers may also opt for in-store pickup. Please bring the order confirmation and valid ID when picking your order.

Liability

  • Glen's Bakery is not liable for any allergic reactions, health condidtions, or damages related to the consumption of  our products. Ingredients and allergen information are available upon request.
  • WE make every effort to ensure our products are safe and meet quality stnadards, but we do not guarantee that all food items are free from allergens.
